Common Questions
How much does it cost?
We offer two active plans. Core is 5% of your host payout — we set up your listing and pricing once. Plus is 10% — we actively manage pricing and listing performance every week, and handle guest messaging for you. A Full-Service plan at 25% is coming soon. All plans are commission-only; you pay us only when Airbnb pays you. No setup fees.
Do you talk to my guests?
On Plus, yes — we answer guest questions and booking requests for you. You're only looped in for on-the-ground things, like coordinating check-in with the guest yourself.
What happens if there's a problem with a guest?
If a guest complains, damages something, or files a claim, we deal directly with Airbnb on your behalf — you don't have to handle the back-and-forth yourself.
Do I keep control of my Airbnb account?
Yes. We work as a co-host on your existing Airbnb listing, not a separate account — you stay the owner of record and keep full access at all times.
Can I still use my property?
Absolutely! It's your home. Just block off the dates you want on the calendar, and we won't book guests for those days.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts — move between Core and Plus, or stop working with us, whenever you want, with no penalty.
